Tea Toner For Your Skin Troubles
Here’s a triple treat for your skin: tea is rich in antioxidants that fight oxidative damage, protects collagen and offer anti-aging benefits. When using tea in a recipe, always stick to unflavoured options such as the plain teas recommended.

Time: 30 minutes
Good for: Mature skin
2 cups filtered water
1 bag green tea
1 bag black tea
1 bag white tea
⅛ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup prepared tea
- On the stovetop in a small pot, simmer the water and teabags until the liquid reduces by half. Remove the teabags and cool.
- In a medium bowl, combine ½ cup tea and the vinegar. Mix well.
- Using a funnel, transfer to an airtight container.
Lightly moisten a cotton round and wipe over your face and neck, or spray on using a mist bottle.
Storage: Refrigerate 1-2 weeks.
Use: Twice daily
