The Secret To Tight & Taut Skin Is In Your Kitchen.
Don’t we all love plump soft skin? Well, here is a recipe that achieves just that. I have used this a few times in the past and quite like the results. I wanted to share this easy recipe with you lovely folks to help boost the skin’s collagen and tighten it naturally!
1 Egg White – Tightens skin
A pinch of *Cinnamon powder – Plumps & activates blood flow to the surface. Great for acne too as its anti-bacterial.
1-2 tsp of Olive oil/ honey – moisturises. WHIP!
*Patch test recommended.
- I am working on a VEGAN replacement to egg white. Will let you know how that goes:)
Application:- Apply this mask on your face while gently massaging in circular motion to activate the cinnamon. Massage for 4-5 seconds and let it dry till the mask tightens and rinse of with cool water.
Caution:- *Cinnamon is not recommended for sensitive skin. The first time I tried this recipe, my face turned red and it took a few ice cubes and an hour to settle down. My big mistake was to use more than a pinch of cinnamon in my mask. It’s a fabulous ingredient but go easy on the cinnamon if you are prone to inflammation.
FOR FULLER LIPS
A pinch of *Cinnamon powder
1-2 tsp of Olive oil/ honey – moisturises.
RUB! It’s a great way to get fuller lips before you head out for the evening!
