Deep Cleanse With This Easy Tropical Clay Mask

When your skin gets stuck in a rut, this is the perfect mask for a quick turnaround. It is an effective, natural skin-resurfacing peel that keeps pores functioning properly.
1 tablespoon mashed papaya
½ tablespoon pineapple juice
1 tablespoon Multani Mitti
½ teaspoon licorice tea, prepared and cooled
Method
- In a mini food processor, combine the papaya juice, and clay, and pulse for 10-15 seconds, or until blended.
- Add the licorice tea. Pulse for a few more seconds.
- Transfer to an airtight container.
To use: Apply 1-2 teaspoon of the mask, to your face, starting at the bottom of your neck and spreading upward, avoiding eyes, nostrils and lips. Leave on for 5-15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
Storage: Store in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 weeks. You can also prepare several applications and freeze in single-serving portions for upto 4-8 months.
